Studied biology in Barcelona and Environmental Management at Duke University. I've worked professionally with birds, amphibians, butterflies and dragonflies. An avid naturalist photographer I tried underwater photography before the digital age and found it expensive and technically very difficult. With the digital photography revolution, I rediscovered my love for the underwater world and started looking a way to share my images for its scientific and conservation values. Not finding anything suitable I decided to create the Sealife Collection, then the continuous improvement of iNaturalist helped us to decide to move the whole Sealife Collection to iNaturalist as a project. Now I spend many hours working on it for the benefit of all the underwater community. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do.
