Where do we store your data?

In each specific treatment of personal data collected about you, we will inform you if the communication of personal data is a legal or contractual requirement, or a necessary requirement to sign a contract and if you are obliged to provide the personal data, as well as the possible consequences not to provide such data.

What are your rights?

Right of access: Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not at MINKA we are processing personal data that concerns them. You can contact MINKA at the address and email indicated above who will send you the personal data we process.

Right of portability: Whenever MINKA processes your personal data through automated means based on your consent or an agreement, you have the right to obtain a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format transferred to your name or to a third. MINKA will not continue to process your personal data unless we can prove compelling legitimate reasons for the processing that prevail over your interests, rights, and freedoms, or for the formulation, exercise, or defense of claims.

Right to oppose direct marketing: You have the right to oppose direct marketing, including profiling made for such direct marketing. In this case, we inform you that we are not going to carry out direct marketing campaigns, but that we will limit ourselves to contacting you for service-related issues (updates of the conditions of use, violation of the rules of coexistence, announcements about the service, changes in the platform or in the app, unavailability of the platform for various reasons, etc...)

Therefore, the basis of treatment is the contractual one that will end with the cancellation of the service under the conditions indicated in the terms of use and community guidelines.
