What are your rights?

MINKA will not continue to process your personal data unless we can prove compelling legitimate reasons for the processing that prevail over your interests, rights, and freedoms, or for the formulation, exercise, or defense of claims.

Right to oppose direct marketing: You have the right to oppose direct marketing, including profiling made for such direct marketing. In this case, we inform you that we are not going to carry out direct marketing campaigns, but that we will limit ourselves to contacting you for service-related issues (updates of the conditions of use, violation of the rules of coexistence, announcements about the service, changes in the platform or in the app, unavailability of the platform for various reasons, etc...)
